Well, if you wonder about me I'll give you an update, because who doesn't want to talk about me?

I just got back from DC/Ft. Meade for a polygraph and psych eval as part of my clearance check to work at the NSA. If I pass it all I'll hopefully start there in November doing electrical hardware engineering of some sort. I'm not sure exactly what I'll be making because I'm not yet cleared to be told. In the meantime I've been back in Richmond bumming around and helping my grandparents and generally not working on anything important, which is lovely. I am planning to learn how to golf, because if I get good enough at strategically losing to important people I figure I can be National Security Adviser within 10 years.

Are you in a systems engineering role? Your job descriptions sounds exactly like my friend Bre who works at ATK up near Delaware. Darn overachieving girl engineers...

Hi Kara! I haven't seen you online, probably because of your job, which sounds insane. Maybe things will level off for you though, like in those 4-5 years? I'm applying to graduate school right now, and UCLA is on my list, so I could possibly end up in Los Angeles!
