Everything crossable is crossed for you. I hope it just turns out to be something benign/easily fixed/more worrying before you get the detail than it is after they've had a better look.

Thanks... we're crossing all available appendages too.

I've been doing some research online today. Comparing the pictures we have to the ones I see online, it looks most like Multicystic Kidney Disease. The good news is that because the amniotic fluid has so far appeared normal, it's almost certainly only in one kidney. If the other kidney continues normal, she'll be okay, although we'll always have to be a bit careful.

If not, she will need surgery. We're really, really hoping the right kidney stays normal.

Thanks. As above, my best guess at this point is Multicystic Kidney Disease. The doctors have been taking a 'wait and see' approach, so they haven't confirmed anything yet.
