So we FINALLY made it to the hotel in Syracuse. But it was not boring at all. After going over the Ambassador Bridge and looking at Carl's Treo with google maps on it we saw that the printed directions had wanted us to go all the way to Port Huron to use the Blue Water Bridge. for those with LiveJournals - here's a update on my moving. We are starting tomorrow, but will have the truck for big BIG stuff on Sunday. Had my crown put on this morning. It's only temporary because the permanent one has to be made in a lab according to a mold of my mouth. That takes about 2 weeks so for the time being, I have one in now that's made of a acrylic material that gets very hard as it warms up. So in my mouth, it's really hard. I went to see my favorite band last night. And is was SO WORTH IT!!! It was the best Barenaked Ladies show that I've seen so far. The Borders show was cool, but since it wasn't a full stage they couldn't do much or play nearly as much as a normal concert. I guess it was being taped for a DVD and a PBS special. I checked my hours online a few minutes ago and saw that I got paid 4 hours yesterday on the holiday even though I didn't work at all. YAY!! I'm glad I checked at home since I'm not positive if it's supposed to be there or not. And who am I to turn down 4 extra hours given to me. And my hours from last week got corrected. I'm watching "Bowling For Columbine" right now on Bravo, and it's making me think about the tragedy at Virginia Tech on Monday and how much really hasn't changed in the 8 years since Columbine.
