I blame this on spending the past twenty hours first stitching drunk people and then watching Star Treck and Doctor Who

You know what would make for an awesome fic? The Doctor (Doctor Who) and the Doctor ((Emergency Medical Hologram, ST:Voyager) talking. And even better: The doctor (Who) and Q (ST:TNG) arguing. Somebody please tell such fic exists ( Read more... )

...funny, but the first thing that comes to mind is that the Master would hate Q. Also, I'm sure the Time Lords tried to convince themselves that the Q continuum wasn't there and for a while it worked- since they are usually just there but do not interfere- except for both sides being stupid about the other one having power about some stuff (in the Q continuum's case: everything) and the Time Lords called them an stuffy and arrogant species who had come to the end of their evolution road. The Doctor was probably somewhere headdesking at this.

And then Q changed all the traditional Gallifreyan robes for clown suits (or, in a few cases, feathers and bling) and Q was banned from Gallifrey forever.
