I'm planning on writing a book. Yes, stupid but I need something creative to do seeing as my fic muse has taken a very very very long vacation. (I mainly blame the TT boys because they haven't done anything remotely worthy of mentioning in so long, although personally they are all making a few milestones. Congratz to Mark for baby number 3 and Gary

If you need help on the setting and have never been to or can't find anyone familiar with the San Francisco area (there are definitely suburbs of San Francisco, the Bay Area is made up of several counties and smaller towns and the SF Peninsula is mostly suburban), I'd recommend Google Street View. It's of course not the best but it can give you at least a general feel of what the area looks like! I've used it for settings in places I've never been, I'm sure it's a lazy form of research, but it's a good start!

Ah I never thought of that! But thank you for confirming that San Francisco does have places like suburbs and small towns :)

Not a stupid idea at all - go for it! Everything that's keeping anyone creative is always good, IMHO. Happy writing! And looking forward to see what you come up with!

Thanks :) I'm not sure how long it will actually take me to write a whole novel but I really need to write again.

I'll try and spend some money :) Most of which will dfinately go on food.

Yeah maybe, I can only imagine how hard it is just going to school when you have such famous parents. At least the boys do make their kids go to school, I swear i've never heard anything about Madonna or Gwen Stefani getting their kids to get some education lol

Come on, do it, it's a great experience and you will be very proud of yourself.
I have my own book on the way, sometimes it's really hard but when you read it and create a thing like this is just amazing.
Btw yeah, Owen family seems that they choose their babies names in a merry fantasy children book... hope that Fox as teenager not be called by her friends as Foxy... weird...

To me I feel like you can give your child one weird name like their other kids but poor Fox India has two bizarre names, she's named after an animal and a country lol
