I was really bad at work today. Work wasn't bad, but I was. I started the day behind on my notes. My resident picked up my slack and helped me out, but it was a little deflating. After that, it was a fairly regular day. Short OR case in the morning, some time on the floor, OR case in the afternoon. But I did a crappy job interpreting some labs on
