I am also coming frighteningly close to the realization that as much as school takes everything out of me, as much as I hate so many things about it, I would dearly love to be able to spend the rest of my life here.
I was talking to a friend of mine about this the other day and he told me that he thinks that it stems, at least in part, from a fear on some level of what comes after school. That, and a deep love of learning new things, and the fear that you won't be able to do that after you leave.

have you ever been in a relationship taht didn't exist and then talk about it existing and it just falls apart tehre? and it doesn't really matter, because you are still good friends with teh possibility of something else? (but again completely random.)

...that pretty much defines me.
