I've been moved from the Mecca that is the felony bureau to the slums that is county court. I now handle misdemeanors in bulk, like DUI's (which anger me) and driving with no valid license (which don't). I find that I am extremely stressed, work upwards of 10 hours a day, and have developed a worrisome twitch in my right eye and an extreme case of

I'm sorry to hear things are as they are.

I can't think of a lot to say that's supportive in a relevant way, unfortunately. Did you sign up for it? I don't know -- I don't know enough about the inner workings (or even the outer workings) to make a fair assessment.

I strongly admire your desire to tackle the people that are a legitimate threat to others around them. Fuck those people.
