ok, i'm sorry. i didnt mean to be so dramatic. i wish i hadn't said anything about having abortions in an alley, that's an overdramatic and unrealistic situation. i was offended by your friend's assertion that christian's cant be pro-choice, so please forgive me for being offensive in return

hey zacK, thanks for your apology. sorry if i was mean, but it's just kind of a sensitive issue. one of my mom's best friends had an abortion early in her life, and it has haunted her since then. she eventually became the director of the women's clinic in chattanooga (aaa women's services) which provides counseling, testing, and any other kind of service an "accidental" mother might need. she's told us stories of herself, and some of the women she's talked to through her work there, and it is amazing the difference between an aborted baby and an adopted one. so many of the mothers come back saying how incredibly grateful they are that someone talked to them about putting their baby up for adoption rather than terminating it. to know that they gave someone life, rather than taking one away, and to know that they provided a child to a family that desperately wanted one not only made them glad that they didn't have the abortion, but really helped them to see reason in their pregnancy that they obviously found it hard to see before. one
