That was AMAZING!!! I just got done with my fight on the B-17G "Aluminum Overcast" and I am utterly at a loss for words to describe the experience. Luckily I don't really have to because I took a ton of pictures. Which I will post as soon as I off load them from the camera. Nope, because of the air traffic that was there we couldn't that rout. The way the guy who was giving the briefing said it was, "Every news helicopter in the bay area is over there..." so we couldn't go there in short.

They were, especially from the nose gun/bombardier position.
