At my first haunt, Grisly Gothic Gables, sometimes we needed to have wall panels attached to the floor with concrete screws.  One of our crew members, “Donk,” usually did this for us, so we called it ‘donking the wall.’

In the way life works, I've read his note, I've figured in strangers' dreams about his death, and I've connected different sides of his life. I ended up paying to have his online obituary edited..it hurts my heart to see how few people have visited the site, though.

It doesn't feel real.
And I'm having guilt about not being able to help. He struggled with this depression a lot - I had no idea how much.
