I got an internship in Quebec, Canada. In order to work a budget out, I would very much like to know how much money you spend in a month, with the basics (roof, food, transportation). AND, about the wheather.. is it really THAT cold? I'm used to temperatures

I don't live in Quebec so I don't know much about rent, food, or transport prices, but the museum of civilization has a free day, tuesdays I think, so take advantage of that. Also, I know Quebec City has a pretty decent bus system that's not too hard to understand.
Invest in a good pair of boots - that may set you back another hundred. If you're gonna be there in spring/summer, remember your sunscreen.
