And yes, I discovered that about olive oil with a brownie recipe (might have been a mix) a good number of years ago. The rest of my family was very nice about it. ;-)

Also, would you be willing to share your recipe for happy fucking birthday muffins? There's a charity bake-off at work this week, and I'm trying to decide what to take. (Pancake on a bed of bunny, a la this icon, is probably not going to make the cut, especially if your muffins are an option.)

I spent years thinking that there where three tablespoons in a quarter-cup instead of four. I don't doubt that affected some of my cooking.
But the real reason I dropped by this entry to comment, is to say this: I love tablespoons. Frakkin' love 'em. When I was a kid, it always had to be a tablespoons. Teaspoons were for schlimiels.
