So do I. I was thinking of getting an ergo? Do you think it would work for us? He seems to be getting long for the napsack. Not much head support anymore when he sleeps. Or am I using it wrong?

YES, get an Ergo! It will transform your life. Back carrying is toddler-parenting heaven. You'll get a solid two years out of an Ergo, at this point, seriously.
