Does anyone ever get cramps in their legs when they're lying in bed at night? I know that a lot of people get them when they're swimming or exercising, but I always seem to get them when I'm trying to sleep. And it doesn't make sense. Last night I got the worst one ever, and I was screaming and Sarah had to come and massage my leg - but that ( Read more... )

Yeah I sometimes get cramps when I go to swimming training but thats coz I never use to stretch before lol But yeah I also get really bad pins and needles (haha i dont no the doctor term for it) when I ever I sit on the floor with my legs crossed :P

haha if it was me doing the hisotry essay I would probably fail because Jimmy Stewart is my favourite actor of all time (with Denzal lol)!! Did you know that he was only 13 on the World Greatest Actors (voted by actors themselves) haha I was so angry but Marlon Brando was number one and I love him so I'll forgive them for that lol

Yeah, I never get them while exercising or swimming, only when I'm sleeping. It's really odd.

Hah, well if Marlon's first, I guess we can forgive them :)

Yep, that would be a charley horse. I've gotten one only once... while I was almost asleep. It hurt SO BAD. Oh my gosh I thought I was going to die... it felt like 3094348 daggers in my calf. Ugh. Yeah, it does have something to do with lactic acid build up... I was educated on this at one point... but... I forgot.

I get those leg cramps quite often. People have told me it's a potassium deficiency. The best relief I've gotten is to get out of bed and walk around for a while. I'm not sure what it is about putting weight on my leg that eases it out. I also get them in my feet, where my toes will curl under and I can't get them to straighten out. Yeck, it's some painful stuff! I definitely sympathize.

Yeah, normally I go walking too, but last night I couldn't even put my foot down on the ground, it had seized up that badly. And I've gotten the cramps under the toes as well. Poor us.

I did, a bit of it. I've tried watching ti before, btu as it's just clips form other movies, I think I'd prefer to see them in their original context - they'd be much funnier that way ;) Any other films you've seen in the guide that you'd recommend?

Ditto what Kayla said. It happens to me a lot. I just try to make sure I eat stuff with potassium more often than I usually would and then I'm fine.
