Hold onto as much of that cash as you can. Put it away towards another potentially lean month to come.

Since I've been added to Alex's account, I'll be dropping some of it into savings after bills have been paid. Since most 'emergencies' tend to cost around $200-$300 to fix (isn't it weird? tires, broken dishwasher, etc.), I'm putting about that much away 'just in case'.
