This whole post is reminding me that I need to buy more Schiff DVDs. (Although you have listed all the good ones here, or at least the ones I know about ... Sadface. Ray is good but only if you can bear the wig and no-beard thing ... )
Violent, swearing Schiff for the epic win! I know it's bad and wrong, but I never claimed to be right. ♥
The poker scene where he loses all his money, the way he says 'Deadly, I love. Also, any and every psychotic outburst. And on a purely superficial note, I very much enjoyed the blue ringer tee at the end. (I really wanted to cut his hair though. Argh.)
It's sad that he's not really in movies that are worth buying. I have a few more to go though, all queued up in my Netflix. We'll see.
Ohhh, so my thoughts exactly. Particularly the haircut, gah. I love the curls but really, with the scrubby stubble-beard, it doesn't ... balance properly. But the tee shirt. Oh yes. :D
*tries to remember*! Heaven definitely my favourite, and I Am Sam as well. Civic Duty isn't bad, from a screentime point of view anyway. FBI agent. With a gun. *g*
But yes. He really needs better movie parts. ASAP.
I Am Sam was a great movie that I'd just never gotten around to watching, and so Richard was a bonus there. (I enjoyed the Beatles covers as well.)
I thought gun-toting Agent!Schiff was the only good thing about Civic Duty. Oh man. I even like Peter Krause, but I just couldn't get into that flick.
Let's see. I've got some Burn Notice on its way to me from Netflix. How is that? I've seen one episode.
Anyway. Yes. Heaven. Evil, sleazy Richard Schiff is love. And really the farthest role from Toby I've seen him play so far. Though my mind was maybe storing a few scenes away to superimpose on Mr. Ziegler later...
They did a stunt at this YouTube Live thing I went to, where Adam used this massive paintball gun (unveiled at minute 1:29) to shoot 1100 barrels of paint at Jamie, who was wearing a suit of armor.
It was silly and fun, and they hung about for a little while after so I met them. :)
I love that movie I am Sam. Thst little Dakota Fanning, those eyes! Also that scene where he is running with the cake made me spontaineously cry. I hope I get to see you in your dress this weekend. Also, I would LOVE to read your words!
