We never have interesting balls or anything here. *grimace* I'm jealous of people who live in states who have a lot of events like that. Or at least we don't have any that I am aware of, which is strange since we are a theatre and music hub. Meh.

I really like that corset, just the general style; it is really appealing to me. I wish I could learn how to make corsets. My friend in high school use to make her own. I like that skirt as well, but not as much as the corset.

Sleep = good.

Paper = fail.

Aw. The Bay Area seems to have waaaaay more going on than almost anywhere else, even big cities on the other coast. The dance and geek and steampunk and carnival/cabaret communities all just sort of overlap and create these really interesting circles. You should come out sometime and I'll bring you to whatever crazy business is occurring that week. :)

Or hey, maybe there are folks in your area thinking the exact same thing and they are just waiting for somebody to put something together?

Also: icon! Too cute for speaking! Heart RDJ so much can't articulate.

That is a magnificent corset. The suggestion of that skirt would go quite well with it too.

I want to start piecing together a steampunk outfit for myself as well.

I hate to say this - you can't order that corset - Michaela already owns it.
Seriously - I met her BECAUSE of that corset.

Also - the zipper-busk is moronic.

AP - ahh, I heard about March too - do you have dates/locations?
