i think we should take out the question 'will you cry if you dont get in?' and replace it with 'who is your favorite author?'

..and if they say they don't read, I'll automatically be forced to NO them.

try me... i dont need books to entertain me. i dont need TV to entertain me. REAL people entertain me. I entertain me. i dont need to listen to some person behind a book tell me stuff. dont get me wrong, i would love to talk to any of the great authors out there, but but i cant.

plus, my reading comprehension skills rival a wet sponge. i have to find some way to make up for it, right?

Or how about we add 'Your 5 favourite books?'

woah, oprah, what's up? janesaidsally July 15 2003, 23:59:30 UTC
i think favorite looks nicer as favourite. the only bright spot in reading out of africa was seeing 'u's in unfamiliar places. lets start an elite_as_fuck book club.

christ, i've been thinking the same damn thing.
but it shouldn't be a top five. and i'm sure we'll all get really tired of vonnegut or whatever.
I want to hear why.
It should be "what's your favorite book and why?"

i think we should change it to favorite author and why. that's pretty all-encompassing, and really hard to bullshit. book lists and such are easier to fake.

what do you guys think..?

sounds good to me, its much harder to be cliche with books anyways, so i think its a great question
