Text issues

I hope someone can help me with this. I tried to ask my friend who is also Photoshop savvy and he had idea =/

I had just recently got Photoshop CS3 (WOOT!) But I noticed that when I do my text on my icons...there's a line that goes underneath it as I type out various words. I had this problem in ImageReady but I wasn't bothered by it.  Now that it's ( Read more... )

I don't know much about PS but maybe there's a problem with Windows Vista. I have PS CS2 and Vista and it's just pain in you know where...these programs don't like each other.

But I'd recommend you to icon, it's quite a tech question, maybe people there might help.

I'm not sure if you ever got an answer to this (probably did seeing how long ago this was posted but.. if it hasn't!).
The border is your bounding box. When you've got the object selected go up to the upper toolbar and uncheck "Show Transform Controls." It's next to the auto-select layer and align buttons.

Sorry :P
Make sure the move tool is selected and then the appropriate info should show in the upper toolbar.
