Hey dawg, I've got the perfect idea for you.. I mean, dunno if I've lost weight but even Randy was like, you're slimming out. So anywayz.. As of right now I do now cardio at all and I've lost about 2 inches on my gut in the past 3 weeks. I just do my weight training and I eat a LOT...Seriously. The best way to naturally lose weight is your metabolism. You can kick start it by eating more a day but in smaller quantities. Also, Eat healthy stuff. Go for lo fat stuff and diet soda, it really does the trick. Also, NEVER skip meals. Especially breakfast, it makes your metabolism crazy. So make out like a "diet" plan for your week. My dad eats 6 tiems a day and he's lost 50 pounds and gained 8 in muscle since January, and he doesn't even do weight training anymore. When you hit your plateau from the metabolism, do some cardio. 30 mins a day every other day. It will make significant changes at first, but then you'll have to work harder.
