All the networks are now saying Kerry has conceded and that Bush has retained the presidency.  One thing to note, with the popular vote tally being presented on the screen, is that Bush has just recieved the highest amount of votes ever in American political history -- pushing ahead of the record Reagan set back in the 80's.  Voter turnout was ( Read more... )
