like ive said for a while one of the concepts that the Neocons have refused to accept is that some people arent capable of democracy........instead they operated , under much derision and mocking from certain "realists" camps is that all people are fundamentally the same and as such democracy/hope spring eternal for all.......how much this holds up is hard to guage granted that obviously theres al queada, dictators and strong men etc......but for the most part i find i tend to agree
