No Disassemble Subaru!

So, I got into a car accident last week Thursday, coming home from work. No, I didn't get hurt (neither of us did), yes it did involve another vehicle, and yes our car got crunched in the accident. The other car - no damage at all. :-P silly trucks

when I totalled the old jeep last summer, I researched out a nikce old volvo and the mechanic (cool hippie with whom I have bartered photography, for instance) and got the best 1200 car ever.

I'm glad you are ok.

What you may consider doing is getting a "drivable" estimate. Many things on an estimate don't really need to be fixed. That is all about very expensive parts making the car exactly like it was pre-accident. If the car is paid for and you just want a driver, look into fixing whatever are serious mechanical matters and don't do the cosmetic ones.
