I definitely agree with you about how this English class really changed the way we see and read literature. Dr. Angel-Cann has truly influenced and inspired me about the world of literature and the deeper meaning when reading a poem or short story. You do not merely read a poem and just sit there but actually look at each text to figure out the deeper meaning.

I feel the same way. Due to this class I find myself digging deeper into the stories I've read and am reading now. It has also made me develop a new means of writing my own stories.
