that our birthdays were so close. Actually, wait, yes I did....I knew yours was the day before mine. Tomorrow is my last day to be any teen as well. We're going to become part of that aimlessly wondering group where we can say we are "in our twenties". It's sad and scary and a million different things at once. But..all in all, it's just another day and another year.

love ya!

Twenty-three will be even harder to scribe. (What am I? A fortune cookie?)
In any case: Happy new first digit to you!
Perhaps i can be less intimidated by your words now that you are no longer a Teen. Our journaling styles are generally quite antipodal. So naturally (or neurotically) I often wish my writing was similar to yours. Greener grass. Perhaps i should bring it up in therapy.

I have no idea why i always insist on embarrassing myself. Never been known for saying too little.

Happy birthday Lix.

I too am unfortuantely in the realms of twenty. It does marginally suck, but no more than being 17, except your older and expected to be more responsible. Shows what people know heh.

Have a good day hon.

i like being in my twenties. i like adding up the years, the increasing distance between now and hell retrograde. maybe i am sick. but you see, i was never a beautiful free child or teen, there is nothing to wither away in the first place. growing more clever in abilities to delude myself, i grow younger. muahahaha! f-meow

I concur. Being a "child" is frightening. The other kids scared me.

Happy Birthday, Sweetie! gargledegoo January 25 2002, 16:11:51 UTC
You are a grown up like me now, huh? Well, happy birthday. Isn't George fabulous! By the way, I e-mailed you at your request, and you have yet to e-mail me back. Are you taunting me, Butterblume? Also, turning twenty won't seem like a big deal within the next few months. By the time I hit twenty-one, I was comfortable with being in my twenties. The only age I feel the need to prepare for is thirty. E-mail me, for the love of Fritzi!
