Mainichi #27 // HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEI-CHAN //
TADAIMAAAAAA!
I disappeared for weeks, but that doesn't mean that nothing interesting happened in my fandom life, just NO. I was too busy writing stories ( CHECK OUT MY WATTPAD ) and I am now also a translator in a subbing community ( CHECK OUT JANIIZU STATION ).
There are lots of things that happened, and I just don't know where to start actually, and I already forgot some of it. Sorry, I have a very bad memory. Anyways, I just want to say that since yesterday I am officially a daigakusei. I don't expect much though ;D I'll just go with the flow.
Oh yeah, before I forget. New songs from my favorites, SCANDAL and Hey!Say! JUMP. AND! Itazura na Kiss drama :")
Come On A My House by Hey!Say! JUMP // Mini-Album
Yeah, I know it sounds weird. But it's a very lively song, and I get that old JUMP-ish feeling~ They performed this once in Shounen Club, and I'm happy too see that my son, Chinen Yuri, is seemed to be the new center. This song was also used in a CM, and JUMP was in it as well.
There are also some news that they will release a mini-album (?) and it contains the new songs of BEST and 7 as well as Come On A My House. In the said album, there's this track entitled "New Hope~ Konna ni Bokura ha Hitotsu" ( New Hope~ So We Are One). Just with the title, I feel like this song is gonna be a 'sad' one. Other fans say that it'll be the new "Thank You~ Bokutachi Kara Kimi E~", well, probably ne? Let's just look forward to it.

"I Don't Intend to See You Again, Take Care" such badass words from the girls.
This 15th single of SCANDAL will be released on May 22, 2013 in three editions. More information about this new single and single covers right here.
I'm not really that good in describing tunes, so I'll just say that this song is quite pop-ish and rock-ish at the same time. This talks about letting go of an important person, but still caring about them. I haven't read the translation of this song, but as I listened to it, that was the message that I got. I'm sure that this song has lot to say, it's a SCANDAL song anyway ;D
Itazura na Kiss ~Love in Tokyo~
Finally! Yeah, there was an Itazura na Kiss drama years ago but it had a different storyline. This one follows the anime/manga(?) story, and I am...ureshii. The genius, ever handsome but cold Irie Naoki is played by the 25 year old Furukawa Yuki but he doesn't look like 25 at all. While the clumsy and determined female protagonist Aihara Kotoko is played by the 16 year old, Honoka Miki.
I'm following this drama right now, and I'm pretty much satisfied of how these two portray Naoki and Kotoko. I also appreciate Kin-chan's Kansai-ben, and just like what I read before, "It's something that we will never see in Taiwanese and Korean adaptation."
