selling stuff is something that I'm looking at myself just for the added bonus that it clears out all that shit that I thought was funky at the time of purchase but soon discovered that I never use. Ever. Hopefully other peeps think the same and then they can free them of their dust collecting duties. so yeah, option 3 sounds like a winner regardless of which other things you do.
Maybe we could play a lot of pool together and then go on the competition circuit and split the winnings. You'd be surprised what a nocturnal stick junky can pull down in a good week!
