I've been working out pretty much every day for the past two weeks or so, and I've already dropped 5 pounds. That's a lot on just a 5'2 frame! More than the actual weight, my midsection looks much tighter. I love that about my body -- it responds really well to even a minimal effort in diet and exercise.
