I just woke up and had the most awesome, random memory of Egypt. I really loved this time of year. The weather would be getting back to the intense heat, and you knew summer was coming soon. The flame tree would bloom and my street would be canopiedwith a blaze of orange-red flowers. I always felt so lucky that next door, there was a huge villa ( Read more... )

I loved game nights or game days too. Tuesday night games were awesome because you got to play under the lights. I liked Friday games because it would be hot and dusty and dirty. For some strange reason I miss that. And afterwords we would all go home to take showers and then go out that night.

You'll always be my second to my first base! If that makes sense!
