Becky and I went out last night and saw The Faint. Sure, sure, Bright Eyes was there, too, but holy jesus fuck, how did they justify rocking our socks off with pounding, funky beats BEFORE putting tragic little Conor Oberst on?

That said, The Faint put on an amazing show. We got down.

Finally gave in and downloaded two free mp3's off Amazon.

If Duran Duran, Smashing Pumpkins, and Tool had a three-way orgy, it would sound like The Faint. Which is good.
