This evening I took my violin over to sit with Great-Aunt Mary and Grammy. We were gathered around Great-Aunt Marian's bed, talking quietly and singing to her. I think, to be honest, that a lot of the time people come to visit someone because it's something they need, rather than the other way around. One part love, one part need of closure.
I hope she can find comfort in your music. I think it's really great that you played for her.
