Applied for job with AFTRA. Would be very educational and possibly get me some good industry contacts - and only pays about $6000 less a year than I'm making now. As big a sum as that may sound - it's actually pretty good compared to what I'd make at a lot of jobs out there right now. Here's crossing my fingers.
I'm on pretty good terms with several folks in the L.A. office. Depending on which dept. you're applying to, if you need a recommendation, don't hesitate to ask.
Crap! Good luck hunting! If you decide to sell your soul and go corporate and apply for a job at Farmers, let me know. I can be a reference/hopefully get your resume looked at asap.
