Still totally into k-pop, but now I've added k-drama to the mix to make me an even bigger k-nerd than before! Woohoo! I even bought a couple of Onggi, which are traditional Korean fermenting jars. I only have one, as there were Technical Difficulties on the large one, so I'm waiting for a new one and then I can start my year-long process of making ( Read more... )

Yes, I read your posts ... even if I don't understand the fascination with Korean food. I can take it in small portions occasionally. OTOH, did you know that eating a lot of fermented foods is HEALTHY? Go figure. And enjoy!
