I'm sorry Jessica, I'm sure everything will work out okay.

Are you seeing the counselor at IUS?

yea, it all worked out...
he actually ended up taking her back home before our appointment because he realized after she got fussy that it wouldnt have worked!
guys, i tell ya!

& no, we arent seeing the IUS counsler. we go to one on applegate lane in clarksville. the lady is young and super nice and easy to talk to.
we both already feel a MILLION times better in our relationship. its just nice to go and get everything off of our chest with a mediator who can dig deeper into our thoughts.

mainly, im just going to help him work on his stuff that rubs off on our relationship.
he goes every friday and i go every other friday with him.

well, he is in counseling and i am basically going to support him.

some of the areas he needs to work on rub off on our relationship (not keeping a stable job, being immature, etc...) because we both want our relationship to grow, but he is having trouble finding out what he needs to do to help it grow.

i love the guy so im trying to make it work

That's really awesome, Jess. Sometimes it takes a third person to help. Counseling can be a really great thing and it's good that at least he is open to try it.

Can't Dustin find another time to spend tme with the baby? I think that decision was totally absent-minded. It seems like anytime you disagree with him or have your own opinion that you are wrong. No offense. I would have just canclled the appointment and told him that when he wants to be serious about going to counseling that you can go. I could go on for a month why it is unnecessary to bring a baby to any sort of professional appointmwnt. I mean, would you bring a baby to a job interview?

well, when he came to pick me up for the appointment he had the baby with him, but (of course) she got all fussy and he realized after he SAW what i was talking about that i was right. so he offered to take her home before the appointment.
i dont know why guys just wont listen sometimes! i dont know how many times a day i say "i told you so"
its like he has to see it to believe it, but at least he realized before it was too late.
