Sleep, Eat, Exercise

Probably a longish post. You've been warned.

I am waking up more regularly than I used to. I am (pretty much) getting up every morning at 7:30AM when my alarm clock goes off. I give my self a break on the weekends, but it is having a pretty positive effect on my life, so I will continue to do it.

I don't post very much, but since I feel like I have been fighting this very same battle really for a few years, but more pointedly since March or so, I thought I might actually be of some use ( ... )

While you can lose weight without exercising, it is probably more likely that you will maintain weight loss with exercise. If you have more muscle mass, you burn more calories. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you need to maintain your body at a resting state. And you will probably have a lot more energy.
