Peter doesn't have an LJ and so won't see this, but holler at him - I know he needs a washer and dryer and could probably use the entertainment center too.

But you know, the ABA annual meeting is in San Fran this year, and so, btw, is a restaurant called The Stinking Rose. All of this simply means that you'll need to pull it together enough to accomodate a visit from Chris and me! So... get a place, purchase new furniture, and hire a housekeeper!

Seriously, though, good luck with this move - I'm sure this is exciting and scary all at once. You're up to it though!
