External rotation and adduction are both pretty ow. Going to immobilize it for a week or so and give it a chance to heal.

Just torn, I think. Even that sucks, because I'm not able to work with just one arm. I'll say this much... I have a healthy appreciation for the crap people must go through when they can't use an arm. There's so many little things you wouldn't think of, like being able to sign a receipt.
