Greetings!

I wrote this last week, and then didn't get a chance to post it...so here's a 'belated journal bit'.

*laughs* Ah, the chaos of winter... I'm fortunate enough to have a very strong younger brother, who thrives on hard physical work, still living at home, so despite the insane amount we often get I don't think I've actually shoveled snow in years. Thank God for strong young men willing to help us out! Hehe, I'm just thankful our door hasn't frozen solidly shut this year - rather a pain when it opens inward so you can't even throw yourself at it in an attempt to loosen it. :P

(LOL, and if you're wondering who this odd person who has randomly friended you is... I'm a friend of polinglyand abinimbus, and have seen you over on their journals, and I'm also nefhiriel's sister, and have seen you over on her journal, and she says you're really nice... so I friended you. Hope you don't mind. :) )

I was certainly grateful! I hope they made lots of money that day and go on to be great men. ;)

I don't mind at all! *friends you back* The funny thing is, while scoping out the friends of my friends, I found you and was about to add you yesterday, but had to save dinner and then forgot. So I will remedy that immediately. :D

Hey, enjoy the house! I used to love have the whole house to myself! ;D

We will endeavor to do so safely. ;) It's still quite deep so there is bound to be much wallowing as we go to and fro!

Thank you! I am sooo very happy that our heat works! At least I know how to do it properly now. *snort*

We're having an unusually snowy winter this year. The last time we had this much snow accumulation, I was in fifth grade!

The road crews and pretty much everyone who owns a shovel have been out since last week, but the result is we can get out and about now! Hurrah!
