- ‘he’s called Susan and he wants you to respect his life choices’ i really thought he’d mention Arthur.
- ‘oi! don’t swear!’ So Susan is sassy. XD
- that ship looks like a humongous egg! XD
- ‘he’s not following the plan’/’welcome to my world’, welcome to the Doctor’s world, you two.
- wait. is the gunslinger the good guy?? i thought he’s be this horrible monster from the trailer.
- is it wrong that i find pissed-off-Eleven kind of sexy? there’s just something that makes me like him more when he turns DarkDoctor
- ‘yes. maybe. whatever Amy said.’ XD
- oh he REALLY went there and pissed him off REALLY BAD.
- Doctor, put.the gun.DOWN! you’ve been spending too much time with River. (I kept almost yelling ‘You never would!’ while the scene played)
- ‘You’ve been taking stupid lessons’. No Amy, that’s just how the Doctor is hald the time. you’ve just never seen it up til now, i guess.
- i like how he’s still conscious of the fact that his mercy for his enemies causes a lot more death. Aslo, Master mention! this is the first time Eleven mentions him, right?
- OK I’ve missed like 2 minutes (stupid lags and slow connection!) and the doctor has the marshal’s star
- and Amy’s his deputy. why am i not surprised?
- ‘marshal? ma’am. fellow.’ poor Rory!
- so Isaac died. ok.
- oh how fickle humans are. he’s their friend one moment, their enemy the next.
- ‘he really worth the risk?”don’t know. but you are.’
- ‘give me a dalek any day’… THAT is OOC Doctor. I don’t care how easily dealt with they are, they’re his mortal enemies! there was a time when he said ‘They always survive while I lose everything.’ with a world of bitterness and hatred and sorrow. now he rather fight them? seriously?
- ‘you don’t get to decide when and and where your debt is paid’ and we see a bit of the doctor’s inner soul and how he will most likely never consider his debts paid.
- they’re so very similar though the doctor will never say it
- if he had used anything other than the sonic, i’d have been forced to have words with the writer of the episode
- I’m not the only one thinking the doctor rigged the pod, right?
- oh. OK. so he didn’t.
- the end of the story is kind of bittersweet, isn’t it? with Jex blowing up the ship to somehow make up for his sins, the gunslinger watching over the town from then on.
- the doctor and the kid are cute at the end.
- is it just me or is the next episode the first time (other than the eleventh hour) when the story happens in the ponds’ home town and personal time line? we haven’t had a proper, modern day invasion since… the end of the fourth series, if i remember correctly.
