Anyone ever been completely put under and intubated? Having that done a week from today, would like some reassurance.

Thank you for the info. I just found out today that I’m going under general anesthesia and not twilight sedation like I thought, and it’s proving to be just one more thing for me to flip out over, so it’s good to know you’ve been through it twice and made it out just fine.

When you mention stomach problems, do you mean officially diagnosed issues, or just “hey guys, I have a really nervous belly” kind of problem?

Well I have a haital(sp) hernia so for me it's diagnosed. But I would let them know you have nervous belly and you're worried how the anesthesia will affect it.
