Hello, sorry it took so long to answer.

For maid cafe I don't really know. As far as I know there will be Maid Cafe at AFA (Anime Festival Asia) Indonesia. You could check its website, just type afa indonesia at google. But to go there you have to buy ticket to the exhibition.

Maid and Butler Cafe are seasonal. Last time there was maid cafe at one of my campus event. If I know any in near future, I will inform you.
