Yes they're bases, you may edit them however you see fit ^^
And I say they're bases because I like to work more on the actual icon, liiiike... this icon was made from this base

After looking at your new icons, I had to explore to see what else you have! :)

The icons and headers both are absolutely amazing, but I'm in love with the Black Butler header. Great choice of image, and, once again, I'm in love with your colors. I love how it looks like a notebook/sketchpad.
