If I use the psd, how should I credit? "psd by ellaangelus"?

(Can I use the psd with a different image to make a new icon, or are those only meant for learning purposes/inspiration?)

Well if you use it, just put my livejournal in your resource/credits page if you have one, no need to put me in every post every single time you use it
And of course you can use it with a different image to make a new icon, make sure that you make everything looks good on that other image though..
