I have to say I love any fic with France and America interacting in a family way and this one was particularly good. I like how you touched on some heavy issues, without going too deep and weighing the whole story down with it. It could have been an easy trap to fall into, but you avoided it well. The dialogue was also quite natural. I liked how you made America sound drunk without making it over the top and I loved the fact that France wasn't being a told perv throughout the story and was acting quietly paternal.

Great story all around. It was a nice read :)

It's simple, intimate, if not entirely comfortable to watch. It's honest and yet restrained somehow. Parents and children are like that, sometimes.
