No matter how many times I think, "That would be a good LiveJournal entry," it just doesn't ever seem to get from the brain to the 'Net. Maybe when they add a feature for mental updates...

Well, The Boys saw the Star Trek movie.... None of us has seen Up!

I haven't seen a new movie since Indiana Jones, I think.

Non-spoilery answer: I highly recommend it. I'd been lukewarm (at best) about this plot-line since it was first floated as a rumor back before Insurrection - but, as my friend laforgery1 told me, it was very well done.

For any more detail than that, you'll have to risk the spoilers. If I ever get around to posting them, that is. ;)

I pretty much have to wait until someone gets a copy. Can't really afford to go to the movies much and I told them to go without me. Makes it easier with the baby for one of us not to go.

We are planning on going to HP en masse though so we will have to make arrangements.

You know, I thought I'd be more excited about the HP movie, but the many disappointments of Book 7 are still a black raincloud on my fannish parade. Oh, I'm still looking forward to it, but not as much as I was for OotP (aka "Capslock Harry").
