Caught me in a weak moment, I guess

Why, oh why? Maybe because I went to bed early, only to wake up at 2:00 and now am wide awake. I have been out to this site before, and even clicked on other people's eggs, and yet didn't succumb. I admit, I would dump the multi-bands of color. Partly because it is a big messy lineage and I got into the habit of not having any with multiple appearances of the same dragons. (Most call it inbreeding.)

As for the growing and hatching, in a word, fansites. Let me know if you want a list of ones a use/have used.

Fansites? Just for the dragon cave? I had no idea it was that popular. You know me... any time I'm on a bandwagon it's accidental. :P

I can't honestly say it even occurred to me to check for inbreeding. I only clicked on the parents to see whose eggs they were before. To be honest, I have no likes/dislikes when it comes to colors, which is a good thing since I have no idea of dragon type as a result of egg design.

If I ever decide to expand my stable, it will probably be through adoption anyway. I'm a firm believer in spay/neuter. :)

(Is there a way to embed actual smiley gifs in LJ? I've seen it done on DeviantArt (which is where I got most of my collection), but that may be just them.

I'm not sure anyone besides the site owner can make it without fan sites, to be honest. It takes several hundred views to get them all the way. There are at least half a dozen fan sites and I regularly rotate between 3-4 of them.

So yeah, I added your scroll to a few fan sites. I keep on eye on Sqeaker's as well. Then there is mine and the one for The Munchkin and The Boy. I usually have to do that one as well. It sits with the fewest updates, naturally.
