What's really worrying is the fact I had to read this a couple of times to be sure it wasn't *me* who was found asleep on your sofa at 7 am. Because, you know, it could so easily have been!

On the other hand, have managed to be good for a whole 2 days... Whole 27 days left to go... :)

BTW, I got weighed today by Dalia the Project Manager, since she's organising the whole weightloss/detox thing. They even did a BMI and fat % rating. It was scary. I am 30% lard!*
