Heath - a letter

Like so many of you,  today my heart is broken. I'm shattered, just numb with disbelief and grief. This has been the hardest day in a long, long time. And what makes it harder too is that (like many of you) my RL people don't share my love for and interest in Heath, his life and his work. Hey girl... what a lovely post. Thanks so much for sharing your letter from Heath. It's nice to know that he knew that some of us little people were out here, rooting for him and wishing him well always.

I hope you are well. This is such a sad time for all of us, but I'm going to keep writing, lots of folks want to keep reading, and this is my way to heal. I am going to write a final chapter of Boys in Love, and I'm rereading the current last chapter to get back into it. I saw your comment there and wondered how you were. So much has happened in those few months - it seems like a long time, but in reality maybe 18-20 months. Just a drop in the bucket of a life, unless of course, it's a life cut short.

I'm glad you are still with us in spirit. I miss you here every day, but I hope you are happy in your current endeavors. Take care... much love, Jane

How wonderful that you got an email from Heath. I still cannot believe he is gone. I'm trying to remember all the good things he left us with so I will not be as sad. Still, it's tragic.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful letter.
Heath was a wonderful person, and I've been reading stories of how he was always helping people out.
I'm still in disbelief about this tragedy. I'm sad, not only for me and every other fan of Heath, but especially for Matilda, the light of his life. I hope she willl someday know just how special her daddy was.
