So I missed a day there. My boyfriend came over and stayed 2 nights. I feel like I'm going to need to write in here everyday or I'm going to lose concentration. It's different though when I'm around my boyfriend. Sometimes I'm really good and I just make him food,and I feel sooo good for resisting. Or I go totally oposite and eat with him....

I need to learn to cook for my boyfriend. =/ I don't have a scale either and I can't find one at Wal-mart. It's soooo freakin hard to stay motivated without a scale, I might try going to the gym and using theirs and also getting a tape measure to see if I've lost weight that way. Sounds like you had a good day.

Yah it's weird cooking for him makes me feel like my willpower comes out and I am soo happy. It is really hard without a scale. It's driving me crazy!!!

i dont have a scale either : ( I hate not having one...and what sucks is my gym doesnt even have one!
